    Annual Middle School Fall Fundraiser

    Messaging and information for Pasty Sale:

    • Sale runs from 10/18 through Halloween, 10/31
    • Students must collect $ and bring full payment by the 10/31 Halloween due date - checks (made out to Iron Mountain Schools) or cash needs to be turned in to Mrs. Peddycord or Mrs. Towns in the main office on your way into school
    • We encourage ALL middle school students to sell, even if it’s just one pasty
    • Our profits will go directly to our Middle School Student Council to pay for our events and fun activities through the year
    • Pick up is only ONE DAY/TIME, Monday, 11/25 2:30-4:30
    • Extra order forms can be snagged from Mrs. Peddycord

    Message to Fifth Grade Guardians

    Dear parents/guardians of fifth grade students,

    This application is being sent home to every 5th grade student at Iron Mountain East Elementary. This program is available for all students who would like to sign up for it by filling out this application and returning it to their classroom teacher. If you would like more information about Big Brothers, Big Sisters please visit their website at www.bbbsmqt.org. Selection into the program will depend on how many applications they receive.

    Please complete the online application by this Thursday, October 17th.

    If selected, your student will be given the opportunity to be matched with a high school aged mentor and meet with them weekly in a guided activity provided by Big Brothers, Big Sisters program leaders

    There is no cost to participate.

      • Senior Parent Meeting- 5:30 PM (Auditorium)
        • The purpose of this meeting is to discuss end-of-year activities, including the class picnic and the all-night party.
      • Financial Aid Information Meeting- 6:00 PM (Auditorium)
      • The purpose of this meeting is to provide information and learn about the FAFSA and financial aid process.*

    Smiles on Wheels Oral Health Screening

    Dear families of Kindergarten students,

    As a reminder, an Oral Health Assessment is to be submitted to the Main Office for each student enrolling into school the 2024-25 school year.

    We are excited to share that Smiles on Wheels will be visiting our school next week. To sign your student up for a no-cost Oral Health Screening this upcoming Tuesday, please submit the following form to your student's Main Office.
